Upper Room Kids' Series: Equipping kids, 6-11 years old, to advance the Kingdom of God The Upper Room Kids' Series will empower, equip, and send forth the children to advance the Kingdom of God. It's our heart that they know Him, encounter Him, and adore Him. Children learn to know Him through the Word, encounter Him through His presence, and adore Him through a life surrendered.
We will create an environment where the Holy Spirit is welcome and the children are positioned to encounter God's manifest presence. Worship, healing, prophetic art, prayer, and prophecy are just some of the many ways that His presence is manifest, revealing the Father’s love for them. Through knowing and experiencing God, the fruit of a child's life is adoration and a life surrendered.
The series starts Friday, Oct. 25, 6:15-7:15 pm in the St. John Paul the Great Room. (Note: We won't be giving the children dinner; they should come fed and ready to go.) The focus will be on their Royal Identity as children of God to give them a deeper understanding of God’s love for them and how special they are. We then will move to Upper Room Praise & Worship in the Worship Space at 7:15 pm.
Our discussion of Royal Identity on Oct. 25 will set the foundation for the rest of the series. Other topics to be covered include:
  • Hearing God
  • Healing the sick
  • Prophetic art
  • God's Kingdom
  • Mission
Future dates are:
  • Nov. 22, 2019
  • Jan. 24, 2020
  • Feb. 28, 2020
  • Mar. 27, 2020
  • April 2-4, 2020 (The Kids' Mission during the Parish Mission)
  • June 12, 2020
  • June 26, 2020
Please keep the Upper Room Kids' Series in your prayers. May our children lead us ever deeper into the Kingdom of God!

New year, new time! Praise & Worship starts at 7:15 pm beginning Jan. 11! We are excited to announce that amazing things are happening at Upper Room for 2019! Upper Room will start at 7:15 pm on the 2nd & 4th Fridays to make it easier for families to attend. We are also happy to announce that Dan Dirkes and Tim Stout are going to lead worship for Upper Room. Both Dan and Tim are anointed worship leaders and we are so grateful they are joining us. Our last Upper Room had 170 people present and 40 of them were young people ranging from 1 to 18 years old. It was a very powerful night of worship. We expect for 2019 more miracles, more power, and more of an outpouring of God's love on His people. Be sure to join us this Friday, Jan. 25!
